Return and Refund Policy

At Maaya The Eternal, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our alcohol-free attars. Because fragrance products are personal and hygiene-sensitive, this policy is built to protect both product integrity and your satisfaction.
1. Returns (Unopened Bottles Only)
– We accept returns on standard catalog products within 7 days of delivery.
– To qualify, the bottle must be completely unopened, unused, with its original safety seal intact, and in its original packaging.
– Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
– Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, or — if you’d prefer — issued as store credit or an exchange for a different fragrance.
2. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong fragrance:
– Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email (maayaperfumes@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+971 52 271 8871).
– Share a clear photo or short video of the item and its packaging.
– We will send a free replacement or issue a 100% refund — no return shipment required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and health reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
– Bottles with an opened, broken, or tampered safety seal.
– Discovery sample sets or complimentary gift items.
– Sale / discounted items — all sale items are final sale.
4. Refund Process
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they’re dispatched. Once shipped, an order can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process above.
