1. About Us
Maaya The Eternal handcrafts alcohol-free attar fragrance oils, traditionally distilled in Kannauj, India, and sold through https://maayatheeternal.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this site.
3. Product Nature & Safe Use
– Our attars are concentrated, alcohol-free formulations crafted from botanical extracts, resins, and essential oils.
– A patch test on a small area of skin is recommended before regular use, as natural botanicals can trigger individual sensitivities.
– Products are for external aromatic use only. Do not ingest, apply to broken skin, or use near the eyes. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
– Maaya The Eternal is not liable for individual allergic reactions or misuse of the product.
4. Handcrafted Batch Variance
Because our attars are made from natural raw materials subject to harvest cycles, slight natural variation in colour, viscosity, and aroma between production batches is normal and a hallmark of genuine artisanal perfumery. Product photography is as accurate as possible, but actual packaging finish may vary slightly.
5. Pricing and Payment
– Prices are listed in AED and exclude VAT; applicable UAE VAT is added at checkout.
– Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
– Cash on delivery is not offered.
– Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
– We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update product availability without prior notice. Orders already confirmed at the time of a price correction are not affected.
6. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (e.g. suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors). You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.
7. Shipping

8. Returns and Refunds

9. Intellectual Property
All brand names, logos, fragrance names, formulations, text, product descriptions, and imagery on this site are the exclusive property of Grace Perfumes LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Grace Perfumes LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, delivery delay, or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific product in dispute.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
